Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Affiliate Program Overview

The Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting Bespoke Mahjong products using their unique affiliate discount code or referral link.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible products
• Affiliates earn 5% commission on tables
• Customers receive 10% off eligible products when using an affiliate discount code
• Commissions are paid only on eligible, completed transactions
• Commissions are not paid on wholesale orders, sale items, or gift certificates
• Commissions may vary for certain licensed or collaborative collections at Bespoke’s discretion

Bespoke reserves the right to modify commission structures, product eligibility, or program terms at any time.

Commission Tracking

Affiliate commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase using the affiliate’s unique discount code at checkout.

• Orders must be attributed through the affiliate tracking platform at the time of purchase
• Sales cannot be retroactively credited if the code or link was not used
• The affiliate tracking platform is the final authority for commission attribution

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to review and approve all referrals before commissions are finalized.

Commission Payments

Commission Payments

Commissions are paid quarterly via PayPal or Bespoke Mahjong store credit once all program requirements have been met.

Affiliate commissions are processed following the close of each calendar quarter according to the following schedule:

• Q1: January 1 – March 31 → Payouts begin processing in early April
• Q2: April 1 – June 30 → Payouts begin processing in early July
• Q3: July 1 – September 30 → Payouts begin processing in early October
• Q4: October 1 – December 31 → Payouts begin processing in early January

Beginning with the Q4 payout processed in January 2027, a minimum eligible commission balance of $100 is required for payout. Eligible balances below $100 will automatically carry forward to the following quarterly payout cycle until the minimum threshold is reached.

Commissions are paid only on completed and fulfilled orders. Orders must be delivered and cleared of returns, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks before commissions become eligible for payout.

Transactions completed near the end of a quarter that have not cleared the applicable return/refund period by the quarterly cutoff will roll forward to the following payout cycle.

Affiliates may receive eligible commission payouts via:

• PayPal
• Bespoke Mahjong Store Credit

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payout information is accurate and current. Affiliates selecting PayPal are responsible for maintaining a valid and active PayPal email address.

All commissions, including store credit payouts, are issued during the applicable quarterly payout cycle.

The affiliate dashboard reflects approved commission balances and payout eligibility. Please allow time for referrals to be reviewed and approved before commissions appear in the affiliate wallet.

Any commission discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of payout. After this period, commissions are considered final.

Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or payment processor.

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to adjust payout policies as the program evolves.

Commission Eligibility

Affiliate commissions are not available on:

• Wholesale orders
• Sale items or promotional products
• Gift certificates
• Orders using other promotional discounts
• House of Mahjong open play, classes, tournaments, memberships, or events
• Products purchased during or in connection with these events

If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed.

Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made for their own use. This includes orders placed using the affiliate’s own email, payment method, shipping address, or household members. Any such commissions may be reversed at Bespoke Mahjong’s discretion.

Limited Edition & Collaboration Launches

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to exclude certain limited-edition collections, collaborations, product launches, or promotional events from affiliate commissions or to establish modified commission rates for these launches. Any applicable exclusions or commission changes will be communicated prior to launch.

Discount Code Usage

Affiliate discount codes may not be combined with store credit, promotional codes, or any other offers unless permitted by Bespoke Mahjong.

• Store credit earned from affiliate commissions and affiliate discount codes must be used separately and may not be applied to the same order
• Only one discount or credit may be used per order
• Affiliate referral codes may not be used for the affiliate’s own purchases
• Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to determine final eligibility when multiple discounts or credits are attempted

Onboarding and Account Activation

Approval of an affiliate application is an invitation to complete the onboarding process and does not activate the affiliate account.

All approved affiliates must complete each of the following requirements within 14 days of approval:

• Complete their UpPromote registration
• Purchase a qualifying Affiliate Starter Kit
• Upload a valid W-9 directly to their UpPromote affiliate dashboard
• Review and agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Completing only one or some of these requirements does not activate an affiliate account. Affiliates may not begin promoting Bespoke Mahjong as an affiliate or participate in affiliate discounts, commissions, or other program benefits until all onboarding requirements have been completed and the account has been officially activated.

W-9 forms must be uploaded directly to the UpPromote affiliate dashboard. Bespoke Mahjong cannot accept W-9 forms by email.

Accounts that do not complete all onboarding requirements within 14 days of approval will be removed from the affiliate system. Applications cannot be held or extended because of unavailable products or incomplete onboarding. Courtesy reminders, if sent, do not extend the deadline. Anyone wishing to join after removal must submit a new application and complete the then-current onboarding requirements.

Affiliate Starter Kit Requirement

All approved affiliates must purchase a qualifying Affiliate Starter Kit within 14 days of approval.

Starter Kit includes:

• One qualifying full-size Mahjong tile set
• One Mahjong mat

Requirements:

• Must be purchased in one transaction
• Previous purchases, including orders placed before affiliate approval, do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement
• Third-party purchases do not qualify
• Must ship to the affiliate address on file

The following products do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement:

  • Travel Kits

  • Gift Certificates

  • Sale Items

Starter Kit Inventory Policy:
Applicants are responsible for checking current inventory availability before applying. If an applicant has specific products in mind for their Affiliate Starter Kit, they should wait to apply until both qualifying products are in stock and they are prepared to purchase them within 14 days of approval. Sold-out products do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement, and prior purchases cannot be applied retroactively.

Inventory availability is updated directly on the Bespoke Mahjong website, which is the best and most accurate source for current stock status. Bespoke Mahjong cannot hold or extend applications, reserve products, monitor inventory for individual applicants, provide individual restock updates, or make exceptions based on future product availability. Applicants may use the “Notify Me” feature on the applicable product page and reapply once their preferred products are available.

Affiliate accounts and codes become active only after:

• UpPromote registration has been completed
• A qualifying Starter Kit has been purchased
• A valid W-9 has been uploaded to the affiliate dashboard
• All other onboarding requirements have been completed

Product Gifting

Bespoke Mahjong does not offer free products or gifted collaborations as part of the affiliate program.

Affiliate Personal Discount

Approved affiliates receive 20% off eligible personal purchases.

The personal affiliate discount is for the approved affiliate’s personal use only and may not be shared publicly or used for purchases made on behalf of customers, clients, household members, or other third parties. Affiliates do not earn commission on personal purchases.

The following are not eligible for the affiliate personal discount:

  • Automatic tables

  • Sale items

  • Licensed & Collaboration XL Mega Tile Set upgrades

  • Acrylic Rack upgrades added to a Laguna Table order

  • Gift certificates

  • Any other excluded products designated by Bespoke Mahjong

Products purchased using the personal affiliate discount:

  • May not be purchased for resale or transfer to another buyer

  • Are intended for the approved affiliate’s personal use only

  • Are covered by any applicable warranty only for the original affiliate purchaser

Products purchased using affiliate discounts may be considered final sale except in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported by the original purchaser.

Limited Edition & Collaboration Launches

From time to time, Bespoke Mahjong may establish purchase limits on limited-edition products, collaborations, or other high-demand releases purchased using affiliate discounts. These limits are intended to provide as many customers and affiliates as possible the opportunity to purchase these special collections.

Purchase limits, when applicable, will be communicated prior to launch. Orders that exceed the published limits or otherwise violate affiliate program policies may be canceled, adjusted, refunded, or invoiced for the remaining balance at Bespoke Mahjong's discretion.

Table Purchases:

Affiliates may purchase eligible Laguna Tables and receive 10% off. Please contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing a table so we can assist you with the correct ordering process and discount code.

Please note:

  • The 10% table discount applies to the eligible Laguna Table purchase only.

  • Licensed & Collaboration XL Mega Tile Set upgrades are available for an additional fee and are not eligible for affiliate discounts, promotional discounts, or other offers.

  • Acrylic Rack upgrades added to a Laguna Table order are available for an additional fee and are not eligible for affiliate discounts, promotional discounts, or other offers.

  • Licensed & Collaboration Laguna Table Bundles are not eligible for affiliate discounts or other promotional offers.

Licensed and collaboration Laguna Table Bundles are not eligible for affiliate discounts, referral codes, or any other promotional offers. If a discount is applied to an excluded table order at checkout, it will not be honored. Bespoke Mahjong may remove or adjust the discount and invoice the purchaser for the remaining balance before the order is submitted for production. If the remaining balance is not paid, Bespoke Mahjong may cancel and refund the order.

If an affiliate uses their standard personal discount code instead of the designated table code on an otherwise eligible table, the order may be adjusted and an invoice issued for the remaining balance, or the order may be canceled and refunded.

Product Warranty & Ownership

Bespoke Mahjong products are covered under our quality guarantee for the original purchaser only. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Bespoke Mahjong or an authorized partner.

Products obtained through private resale, third-party transactions, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty claims, exchanges, or replacements, as Bespoke Mahjong cannot verify handling, storage conditions, or product history after transfer of ownership.

Any quality concerns must be reported by the original purchaser within a reasonable period after delivery so they may be reviewed.

If a product is purchased from a third party or previous owner, any concerns must be addressed directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased. Bespoke Mahjong is not responsible for transactions or representations made between private parties.

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products purchased through unauthorized resale channels.

Account Type Eligibility

At this time, the Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program is available to U.S.-based affiliates only.

To participate, affiliates must:

• Be based in the United States
• Maintain a valid U.S. address
• Provide all required U.S. tax documentation, including a completed W-9, through the affiliate dashboard
• Complete all current affiliate onboarding requirements

Applicants who do not meet these requirements are not eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may only hold one Bespoke Mahjong account type at a time. Wholesale accounts and affiliate accounts cannot be combined.

• Wholesale partners are not eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program
• Affiliate discounts may not be used for resale, client purchases, or business inventory
• If an affiliate chooses to move to a wholesale account, their affiliate account will be closed
• If a wholesale partner wishes to become an affiliate, their wholesale account must first be deactivated

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to determine program eligibility and account status and may deny, deactivate, or convert accounts to the appropriate program if eligibility requirements are not met or misuse is identified.

Brand Use

Affiliates may use Bespoke Mahjong brand assets only as provided.

Affiliates may not:

• Register domains containing Bespoke Mahjong
• Use trademarks in social handles or emails
• Misrepresent the brand

All usage must follow Bespoke brand guidelines.

Program Participation & Termination

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time.

Accounts may be removed for:
• Violation of program terms
• Misuse of brand assets
• Misleading promotion
• Inactivity
• Conduct deemed harmful to the Bespoke Mahjong brand

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with violations of program policies.

Inactive Accounts

Affiliate accounts that remain inactive or fail to meet program requirements may be deactivated at Bespoke Mahjong’s discretion.

Compliance & Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Bespoke Mahjong.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Program Changes

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to update, modify, or change the affiliate program structure, benefits, or requirements at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
